- Workspace
- Your account, anchored to a restaurant.
- Restaurant
- The tenant that owns your menu, screens, media and settings.
- Location (sede)
- A restaurant in your group; one is primary, others can inherit its menu.
- Primary location
- The home location with full menu-edit rights.
- Franchisee group
- Locations sharing a locked menu from a primary, with local pricing.
- Product
- A menu item: name, price, description, photo, allergens.
- Category
- A group of products on the menu.
- Ingredient
- A costed, allergen-tagged building block of recipes.
- Recipe
- The ingredients (with quantities) behind a product — drives food cost and allergens.
- Bundle
- A combo / prix-fixe with its own price, built from fixed and choice components.
- Componibile
- A build-your-own product with choice groups over ingredients.
- Food cost (COGS)
- The ingredient cost of a product; margin is price minus food cost.
- Board
- A designed menu layout (modules + style); has draft and published versions.
- Module
- A building block of a board — productList, hero, qr, media, etc.
- Sequence
- An ordered rotation of boards.
- Group
- A bundle of boards and/or sequences for targeting.
- Screen / Monitor
- A paired physical display.
- Wall
- Several screens edited together as one multi-monitor set.
- Schedule rule
- Decides what plays when: daypart, date override or emergency.
- Brand kit
- Your colours, fonts, logo and brand voice.
- Credits
- The metering unit for AI image generation in Studio.
- Data-locked
- A board stores layout and style only; menu content always comes from Manager.
- Tenant scoping
- Each restaurant's data is isolated; staff see only their own.
