Menu boards, sequences & groups

Create boards, chain them into sequences, and bundle them into content groups.

The Menu Boards area has three tabs that work together: individual boards, sequences that rotate boards, and groups that bundle them for targeting.

Boards#

  • A grid of device-framed preview cards for every board.
  • Create a new board from a template picker.
  • Edit in the native editor, save a draft, then Publish to live screens.
  • Archive boards you're not using.

Sequences#

A sequence is an ordered rotation — board A, then B, then C, looping. Add published boards, set each one's duration (3–3600s, with 15/30/60s presets), and drag to reorder. Point a screen at a sequence and it cycles through the boards. The total loop length is shown on the sequence.

Groups#

A content group bundles boards and/or sequences so you can assign or schedule them together. Groups are distinct from physical walls (which live in Live preview).
