Fleet

All your screens in one view — live previews, status, hardware specs, and pairing new displays.

Fleet is the home of your physical displays. See what each one is playing, whether it's online, and add new ones.

  • Device-framed cards with a live preview of what's on each screen and a now-playing label.
  • Status indicators: online, offline or in setup.
  • Filter by location; screens are grouped by restaurant.

Specs view#

A sortable spreadsheet of every screen — name, hardware specs, status, assigned board, orientation and resolution — for when you're managing many displays at once.

Adding a screen#

  1. 1

    Choose Add screen

Give it a name and a location (optionally TV size, panel, brand and model).

  2. 2

Open the screen's URL on the display

Crubby gives you a web address — open it in the TV's browser and it starts playing. No pairing code is involved; the QR is only for testing the link on a phone. See TV runtime.

  3. 3

    Assign a board

Assign content from Display → Boards. Full walkthrough: Set up your first TV.

Good to know

Screens report a heartbeat, so going offline (a TV unplugged, internet dropped) is detected — the Fleet badge flips to offline after about 5 minutes without contact. See Troubleshooting.

Managing a screen#

  • Open live, change orientation / hardware, regenerate the link (this changes the URL — re-open it on the TV), or delete the screen, all from its detail page.
  • Refresh all TVs with one button on the Fleet header to force every screen to reload.
