Module reference

Every board module in the Add-block picker, what it does, and where its content comes from.

These are the 13 modules you can add to a board. Modules marked *menu-bound* pull their content live from Manager — you choose a category or product, and names, prices, photos and allergens follow automatically.

ModuleWhat it does
productListA column of products with prices — clean rows, colour bars, or a single card. *Menu-bound.*
productGridA grid of product cards with photos. *Menu-bound.*
twoColumnMenuTwo side-by-side product columns — the classic menu board. *Menu-bound.*
comboDealA bundled deal over a full-block photo, with the combo price you set. *Menu-bound.*

Brand & marketing#

ModuleWhat it does
brandBlockYour logo — alone, or with name and claim — on a brand-tinted background. Logo comes from your Brand Kit or an upload.
heroOne large featured dish; link a product and its name, price and photo come from the live menu. Can rotate through several. *Menu-bound.*
promoA bold full-screen announcement — title, badge, and a brand-tinted or photo background.
tickerA scrolling strip of short announcements along an edge, with adjustable speed and separator.
countdownA countdown toward a time of day — e.g. *happy hour in 00:42*.

Info & utility#

ModuleWhat it does
hoursAn opening-hours table with address and phone.
qrA QR code with a caption — to order, leave a review, or join wifi. See the QR module.
footerA small, flexible info strip — allergens, dietary, legal note, social or wifi. (Replaces the old allergen strip.)

Media#

ModuleWhat it does
mediaPhoto or video — a still image, a slideshow, or a looping video. (One module for both images and video.)

Layout containers#

row and column containers arrange other modules into multi-column layouts. They're applied through the layout tools rather than picked from the Add-block list.

Note

Some legacy module names no longer exist: header and logo merged into brandBlock, carousel and video merged into media, and the old allergen/nutrition strip became footer.
