Team & roles
Invite staff, assign roles, and manage pending and expired invitations.
Bring your team into the workspace and control what each person can do.
Roles#
- Owner
- Full control — content, team management and billing.
- Manager
- Edit everything, including destructive actions (deletes). No billing or team management — those stay with the Owner.
- Waiter
- Day-to-day operations and content edits, but cannot perform destructive (delete) actions.
Note
There is no read-only role: both Manager and Waiter can edit. The difference is that destructive actions are limited to Owner and Manager.
Inviting and managing#
- Invite by email with a role.
- Change roles and remove members (owner only).
- See and re-send or revoke pending invites.
- Invites that expired within the last 14 days are listed with a one-click Resend.
Good to know
An invite is accepted via a one-time link. The new member can sign up as part of accepting, then joins your restaurant's team.
