Build a multi-screen wall

Arrange several screens into one wall and design all their boards together.

Good to know

Pair each screen in Fleet first — you arrange existing screens into a wall, you don't create them here. The spatial arranger needs a desktop screen (≥1024px wide); on mobile you get a simple list instead.

1. Create and arrange the wall#

  1. 1

Open Display → Live → Walls

Click New wall — it creates a blank wall (named *Wall 1*) in your first location.

  2. 2

    Set its details

In the toolbar, edit the wall name, location, room, and real dimensions in cm.

  3. 3

    Add screen

Use Add screen to add that location's paired screens, one by one.

  4. 4

    Drag to arrange

Drag each screen tile (drawn true-to-scale) into the layout that matches the room. Use Align top and Distribute to tidy up.

  5. 5

    Save layout

Click Save layout — screen positions are saved to your account.

Note

The wall's background colour and cm size are saved on this device only (a local scaffold), while the wall itself and its screen positions are saved to your account.

2. Design the boards together#

Click Edit the boards (enabled once the layout is saved). The wall opens as up to 5 switchable, independent board pages — one per screen — sharing one menu, one media library and one brand kit. Click a screen on the canvas to make it the one you're editing; the others keep showing their live content.

3. Publish the whole wall#

Each board saves and publishes independently, or hit Pubblica muro (Publish wall) to push every screen at once. Use Adatta muro to fit the whole wall in view.
