Import your menu from a spreadsheet

Steps#

1. 1

   Open Manager → Menu → Import

   Use the Download template button to get a correctly-formatted starter file.

   Fill in your products

   Columns: category, name, price (required) plus optional description and allergens. See the CSV format reference.

3. 3

   Upload and review

   Crubby previews which rows are new vs already in your menu and lists any row errors.

4. 4

   Choose update behaviour

   By default existing products are skipped. Tick update existing (shown when there are duplicates) to refresh their price, description and allergens instead.

5. 5

   Confirm

   New categories are created as needed and products are added — your screens and menu update immediately.
