Financials turns your menu and ingredient data into the numbers that matter: what each dish costs, what margin it earns, and what you're taking in.

Dashboard#

The dashboard summarises food cost, margins and your revenue (from the manual entries below, over a 30-day window).

Note

There is wiring for automatic revenue from POS/kiosk daily closes, but those sources aren't connected yet — today, revenue comes from manual entries only. See Integrations.

Food cost#

A spreadsheet view (a data grid organised into category sheets) showing per-product margin — selling price versus the cost of its recipe ingredients. It recomputes live from recipes, ingredient costs and prices.

Tip

Food cost is only as accurate as your ingredient costs and your recipes. Fill those in first.

Revenue#

  • Enter daily revenue with a date and amount.
  • Attach a receipt photo to an entry.
  • See a 7-day chart of manual entries.

Note

Revenue is currently manual entry — automatic POS sync is on the roadmap under Integrations.
