Billing & subscription

Your plan, status, card on file, invoices and the Stripe customer portal.

Billing shows your subscription and gives you the controls to manage it. Payments run through Stripe.

What you see#

  • Plan and status (active / grace / expired / cancelled).
  • Amount and interval (monthly or yearly).
  • Next renewal or cancellation date.
  • The card on file (masked) and recent invoices with downloads.

Managing billing#

Manage billing opens the Stripe customer portal to update your card, change plan or download invoices. An upgrade CTA moves a free workspace to Crubby Sync. See Plans & limits.

Note

If your subscription lapses, your screens keep playing. The workspace becomes read-only only after the grace period — see subscription statuses in Plans & limits.
